CEO / Creative Director
Guy has been making commercial videos for over 20 years and is the author of “Death to the Corporate Video: A Modern Approach that Works.” He started the agency in 2010 after a decade of working in TV, film and radio. He’s been losing hair and gaining weight ever since.
He’s a Cincinnati Bengals fan, which is his only life regret.
When Hope joined the company in 2016, she brought her previous experience as an editor and project manager to the production supervisor role. Since then she has expanded beyond the production department to managing all of Umault’s video marketing projects, creative team, and content marketing.
On weekends you can find her catching up on The New Yorker, cooking, and chasing after her baby, cat, and dog (in that order).
With prior experience at both start-ups and big agencies alike (Factory Detroit, FCB, McCann), Tory enjoys helping clients unearth their true challenges and find effective solves.
This has led to work in digital, broadcast, print, direct and shopper marketing, corporate communications, and public relations for brands like ALDI, MilkPEP (the “got milk?” folks), the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee, and Deloitte.
While earning both her BA and MA as an “All-Time Top-10” varsity swimmer at Michigan State, she bleeds green (Go State) and enjoys spending time at the beach.
Jen used her ten years of experience as a litigation paralegal organizing multimillion dollar cases to transition to the role of a producer.
She enjoys baking with her 5 and 3 year old girls and looks forward to the day when they can gently stir.
Let’s make amazing work together.
